Sleep and tiredness in process – self created limitations

First get rid of the thought that tiredness is nice and get rid of the comfort placed in the idea, this will allow you to see beyond, because the delusion, the veil is gone, now you can see what is here, sleep is where you die for a moment to come back in rebirth of your physical reality , if you feel you require to rebirth then look at why, do not deny it simply look at why, i have found that I mostly want to sleep to forget about me fears and anxieties and all the things I have to do and didn’t do etc, so that I can rebirth to feel fresh and do it, but if this becomes a constant thing, then you aren’t taking self responsibility but rather hiding with in sleep ?! – And look at how you are creating it in your life.

Within my process I have faced the point of sleeping a lot and how it controlled my life.

I would do things daily and end up being tired or exhausted or I would over sleep during my days that I could and find myself not having time to do anything else.

Or I would be working and I would be tired the whole time and not be able to perform 100% and do my best and get things done.

I would use so many excuses to why I am tired and why I need Sleep and how I am not getting sleep and how I must get sleep and how I can’t get steep because of this happening and that happening anf this person doing this and that, man so much blame for not getting sleep and so many resons to why I need sleep.

So after I have been getting along with only 5 hours of sleep every night for three months - 

I started applying simple steps for myself to test if the sleep is real or simply mind created, I started with stopping saying to people out loud – I am tired, I stopped saying o myself I am tired, I stopped saying to myself when someone asked me to do something that I am tired, I stopped those thoughts and to check it the tiredness was real.

Fascinatingly I found out with in doing that I was actually able to do twice the amount of work I usually did with the same amount of sleep as in 5 hours a night. 

And then the type of sleep I am getting isn’t even deep sleep, it is awake sleep, I sleep in such a way that any sound in the room I am aware of it and I turn my body every half an hour or so, Do not yet know why lol.

So I found out through my own  will to test if the sleep I felt/created within me was real or not  and I found that it was self created to manipulate myself to stay within my own self created limitations as the mind based on ideas and believes, all created from the point of fairness. 

Because I felt it was unfair that i worked more and harder because I have the ability than others that I needed more rest and more sleep, which was the self deception i have created for myself because i compared myself instead of breathing and growing and expanding myself beyond my own accepted and allowed limitations.

I even now put in night shifts if I can to do some physical work, because I really want to get the lizard’s cage ready outside and it requires a lot of my attention since I am doing this for them it is my responsibility. And it’s pretty awesome to do landscaping. 

So if you are tired and belief you need sleep or feel you need sleep, test it through stopping the thoughts about it and see what remains. That will be the test, because if someone comes and say, hey - can you quickly carry this for me, and you have the excuse in your head of I can’t I am to tired or anything related, then tell yourself stop breathe and take the thoughts away/stop them  and see what remains, are you then really tired or did you just create it, and ask yourself but why did you just do that, why did you just now create that limitation for yourself. 

That is the question, what is moving you and directing you to create limitations for yourself, where is the point of competition and feeling it isn’t fair or unfair etc. 

Check yourself before you wreck yourself. 

Stop self limitation and see what is real, delete the thoughts, be physical. And BREATHE.

Farms that exist to produce food and certain foods etc for products are one of many ways earth will fall and die.

Why do I say this? – if we look at why there are so many farms on earth that produce so much food we can see that they are literally over producing, this is proven through all the food that does not get sold and then simply chucked out and burned and how the governments buy the food from farmers with tax money and then burn it or send it to poor countries. Putting the farmers in the poor countries out of a job and create more poverty. 

It is a really an evil system WE,WE,We,WE have designed. 

So now looking at a farm, some farm take up to 24 000ha and this means many things – all the natural plants and all the trees and bugs that live don that space had to be killed out or get rid of so the farmer could farm and be successful in producing the maximum for maximum profit, this kills thousands of animals and kills the whole habitat that was there before, it can never be re gained again, this is only the symptom of one farm that is this big, there are thousands like this one all over the world. 

And the point of these big farms is based on making profit and thus they are dependent on the system to keep them going and looking after the fields and the land, the bugs will be killed out as best as possible to prevent profit loss and the animals will be shot out to prevent loss of profit, so FUCK the animals and nature, we want maximum profit.- that's what they are saying.

So now farm all across the world has literally destroyed the lands and are now placed as food etc farms, and the farmers will only look after the land as long as they make money,

So how does this create the next Mars?!

Before there were farms the animals was taking care of the land in such a specific way that it gave life to all beings that inhabit the land, and it actually created weather control and conditions that is specific to life and all beings and only with the animals and bugs that was there could life sustain itself and be lived there, now life was taken away and replaced with a system, a system that requires constant human attention and is dependent on it and it is based on profit – capitalism.

So if the farmers should stop the production on these lands that is fast in size say for instance the economy collapse or like here in South Africa the farm get taken away from the white farmer so they give it to the black people as to empower them and the farm turns into dust farm, producing nothing and everything dies on it.  And or the farmer simply quite because he feels the economy isn’t working anymore. 

Now life cannot come back to all the land that was taken from the animals and bugs and plants, it is destroyed, the whole circle of life, because the animals that is required to create the systems are all dead, so not poo no fertilizer, no fertilizer no bugs etc that is required and so forth. Plus the weather changed as well according to the environment change, trees, humidity etc. Everything has consequences. 

Thus all these huge quantities of land will turn into desert like places, it has been done and happened, unless we swap places with the animals and we all fit ourselves into the reserves and place them into our world then they can revive the lands to its natural state, 

So if the economy suddenly collapse and everything goes to shit, New clear bombs will not be the only doom to destroying earth and the habitats, we are already without new clear bombs doing a great job, if all the farms suddenly stops producing we will have huge land spaces that turns into desert like places all at once all around the world. All the earth is already full of pest control chemicals and all the shit that is dangerous, bugs can’t go to these lands to rebuilt the soil to produce plants to re create, animals cant go there even if there is a bit of crass because they are behind bars, so no fertilizer and thus no plants after a few years because the soil will run out of minerals. 

And this is but only a basic explanation on how we fucked it up, we have to take self responsibility and fix it.

I suggest looking into the proposed equal money system that is best for all life. Before we create another red planet, how many planets have we already destroyed who knows, let’s not fuck this one up more, time to repair it with some good old fashioned work, equal money system is the system that is new and considering all life. 

As long as profit exists and a system that supports such abuse, we will never stop till earth is no more. We must end all forms of profiting and greed and the system that supports it, if you are serious like I am let’s stand and do this together. Stop the fear and postponement.

Today bunch of us went for a little road trip to ballito at the coast because we needed to drop France off at a certain place, 

It is quite a far and long ride, from the farm to the certain location was about 170Km, this road trip actually was quite revealing. 

Africa is known for its wild life, but where is the wild life, I do not see them daily and easily, and what kind of wild life are people referring to. 

The only wild life I know is on farms or in reserves or in the Zoo, so where did all the wild life go that was here before man, for the whole ride from the farm to ballito I did not see one wild animal, maybe a bird or a monkey but that’s it, I mean a hundred years ago people wrote about how they could see animals with the naked eye without even looking for them, there were animals with in the thousands. 

Now you see nothing but profit growing everywhere – and it’s not because it’s necessary but because they can make money from it.

All these animals were populating the earth here and actually keeping everything going, so on the drive all we saw for 170km was only SUGAR fields, nothing else.

This was quite sad as I know, all the animals over time was not re located or transferred to another place, they were all killed out and the land was cleared from natural habitat and planted thousands to millions of tons of sugar cane. 

We thought that the road trip would be fun and we would see many things, all we saw all the way was sugar cane fields and trucks transporting the sugar, now where is the animals???!!!

I mean this is but only one part of South Africa that is this way. Why is it that there are more animals on earth but they get less land than us humans, humans are 7 billion in count and animals, bugs plants, are with in trillions and yet we take more land and resources than them all together.

This does not make sense and it must be stopped. 

We are literally clearing earth from its natural inhabitants and only designing things that make profit – and not life, we are destroying the earth and the future of our selves through allowing the current system that is based on greed, consumerism, profiting, etc and it’s not necessary to live this way, there is a new way, a solution and it is equal money. If we continue we will be doomed for ever with no return.
